A fast-growing ultra-luxury travel planning company that caters to discerning travelers worldwide is looking for a Flight Booking Coordinator.

Employment: Full-Time: Preference for non-standard working hours.
Initial Responsibilities:
- Make flight bookings in Sabre.
- Edit + Cancel/Void Flight bookings within Sabre.
- Liaise with partners and travel vendors such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators on behalf of both clients and the company, working to ensure outstanding invoices are paid.
- Make bookings on behalf of clients as part of the general travel planning process.
- Assist with the planning and completing of travel itineraries.
- Research hotel rates and options as part of the itinerary building process.
- Cross check/reconfirm client itineraries with vendors and partners to ensure they are accurate.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Advance knowledge of the Travel Industry and flight booking processes.
- Highly proficient in Sabre and capable of working quickly within the program.
- Ability to do exchanges and refunds in Sabre.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in Sabre.
- Advanced English
